Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and updating training materials and resources related to banking products, services, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Creating engaging training modules, presentations, and e-learning content to facilitate effective learning.

  • Analyzing training effectiveness through participant performance, feedback, and post-training evaluations.
  • Staying informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the banking sector.
  • Sharing insights and recommendations with management to enhance the organization's competitiveness.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, participants' progress, and assessment results.
  • Generating reports to showcase the impact of training on employee performance and the organization's overall success.
Qualification Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in banking operations, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Previous experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
